On his beautiful home location in the centre of the Netherlands and on the edge of the countries largest forest the “Veluwe” it is now possible to spent a full day in the green garden and surrounded nature under guidance of Zelday.
A new program of physical, mental and spiritual introspection. Spiritual guide and medicine men Zelday offers an individual one day retreat to harmonise participants into new levels of Consciousness. Exploring the Self in several ways to deepen the anchor in your life. It is all about balance in nature, therefor it is important to remember what you are.

Retreat Program
You arrive in the morning at 10.00. We take time for everything to unfold, so lets start with a cup of tea and a meeting to arrive in the moment. We open the retreat with clear intentions.
You will be exposed first to the healing and grounding frequencies of sound in my garden studio. You slowdown even more in the mind and body. Connecting with Rapé ( Amazonian tobacco powder) to ground yourself is optional too throughout the whole retreat.
In the midday you will be exposed to the Sacred Toad sacrament. This is a non-dual therapy like ceremony, in where we do deep study of your inner landscape and life energy. We connect several times with the toad spirit and always start with a more soft touch. With good weather it is possible to go outside into silence, wide open nature.
It is possible to replace the experience with the Sacred Toad into the Amazonian Kambo frog. More or less the schedule of the day will be the same, but we work with other type of spirit energy. Therefor it is important to have clear what you wish for to prepare yourself well previous the week of the retreat.
After the ceremony there will be light and organic nutrient food. Integration talks will be covering the whole retreat where needed.
Your 2nd sound healing session to integrate the day and a warm, wooden fire sauna will nourish you on all levels. Finally you can have a refreshing dip in the pool next to the sauna.
It is possible to overnight for free in the caravan. Next day you have a breakfast and a finishing conversation about your experiences. You leave before 10.00 and walk further life with new inspirations from your One Day Retreat.

- Free overnight option in the caravan in the garden. ( You only need to bring your own pillow,- and blanket cover. Extra blanket are available in the caravan.
- You arrive here on the day at 10.00 in the morning and leave the same day in between 20.00 and 22.00. Or, in case you want to overnight in the caravan you leave the next morning before 10.00.
- The overnight is included a healthy organic breakfast.
